Don't Panic! There's plenty of help out there for whatever you might be experiencing.
CPC
has a wide range of services available for everything from homelessness,
housing problems, finances, debts and much more. But if it is face-to-face
advice and support you are after then check out out KEY
drop-in centre.

Your safety is the most important thing, so if you feel threatened are in fear of physical abuse, depressed or worse then the following people will be able to help immediately:
Police: In emergencies do not be scared to dial 999
Samaritans: If you feel suicidal or depressed just phone 08457 90 90 90 to talk to someone who cares, they also have a web site and an email contact for your use
Doctors: Can always help with illnesses such as depression, you can find your nearest doctor from the NHS web site or by phoning NHS Direct on 0845 46 47
Homelessness: Carlisle City Council has a designated homelessness officer.
