If you are experiencing homelessness or the threat of it, then there is plenty of help for you!

You can contact KEY during its opening hours of 1pm to 4pm on 01228 595 566 for help and possibly a referral to NightStop.

However if you feel threatened or in danger, contact the police immediately.

Otherwise you can contact:

Carlisle City Council which has a homelessness officer who can help, check their homelessness page for more details. They also have an out of hours emergency only line on 01228 511 061.

Shelter, a national homeless persons charity is also available 8am to Midnight on 0800 800 44 44.
